Classes to be confirmed when two have registered:
Mindful Eating (Movement Intelligence) 1st & 4th Thursday each month
Continuing: Oct 5, 26, Nov 5, 26, Dec 7, 28, 2017; Jan 4, 25, Feb 22, 2018 (skip Feb 1, 2018)
TIME: One hour meetings
1:30 – 2:30 pm Pacific Time
(which will be an hour earlier in Europe beginning with the Oct 2
class due the daylight time changes listed below*)

* Several of us contribute quarterly to support the Studio.
* Others prefer to contribute for a series of classes or study groups

* Daylight time changes: The United Kingdom (England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales) and all of Europe that observes Daylight Saving Time will return to standard time around 2 AM Sunday morning, October 29. The parts of North America that observe Daylight Saving Time do not return to standard time until the following Sunday, November 5, Note that the UK will still be 1 hour ahead of the rest of the rest of Europe .
